Does the whole 4-pack need to be used at the same time?
Yes the 4-pack wristband package is designed for use by a group. All 4 wristbands will need to be redeemed at the same time. If this design does not meet your needs, wristbands can be purchased in groups of 2 online before the event opens or individually online throughout the duration of the event.
Can the wristband be used any day?
Please refer to the event information for specific times which wristbands can be used.
How will my online ticket be sent to me?
Online tickets will be sent via the email address you provided at checkout. Click “view my voucher” where you can print or show the voucher on your phone for redemption at the event.
What do I do if I can't find my ticket?
Please go to www.innovativeticketing.com and log in using the username and password you created at checkout. Once you are in the “My Account” screen, click “My Orders” to view all current and past orders made through Innovative Ticketing.
