POLICIES

Dreamland Amusements is your ticket to family fun, and we want you to enjoy your visit. A few policies to know:

Every rider must have a ride ticket or an Unlimited Ride Wristband to be on a ride.
Riders must be 36” or taller to receive an Unlimited Ride Wristband. Ride Heights vary- some require an adult rider with child.
Riders must be 36” or taller for many rides. Check “our rides” for heights and ticket requirements. We usually offer 2-3 rides for younger kids at 30” or taller.
Coupons are offered at some events, usually not at our county fairs.
To redeem a coupon it must be printed on paper.
One coupon per wristband or 50 ticket ride sheet.
Open toed sandals, flip flops, or other open shoes with toes exposed are not permitted on Rides. This is to keep your feet safe from injury.
The online sale, if offered, is a non-refundable sale — all sales are final and sold online only. See ticketing FAQs if you have questions.
All online multiple wristband package deals must be used at the same time. Wristbands must be placed on the customers at time of redemption.
There is no rain check for weather.
Ticket box and online pricing are subject to change at anytime by management.
Daily closing times are subject to change usually based on crowd size and weather.
By entering our events and by your presence there, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering our events.
If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the events.
Parents of young children – please make sure that you strap your child in the ride seat if they need assistance. Ride operator will check that the child is secured properly.
No backpacks permitted.
No firearms or weapons at our events — family fun is our goal — police and/or security and Dreamland Amusements managers are available if you have any needs.
No full face coverings or masks that conceal your identity.

PARENTAL POLICIES

No Unaccompanied Minors
Dreamland Amusements welcomes guests of all ages to our carnival locations. However, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (ages 21 years and older) when visiting during all operational hours, every day of the week. There is a limit of 4 minors to 1 adult per entry per day. All guests ages 18 and older should be prepared to show valid identification (with picture and date of birth) such as a driver’s license, state identification card, military ID, passport or visa. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises for the safety of all patrons.

Online Purchasing
Do not buy if you plan on dropping off your children. You must accompany children under 18 years old. Thank you for understanding the world we now live in.
